原題 鬼人幻燈抄
Aux confins des montagnes, le village de Kadono bénéficie d’une apparente tranquillité grâce à la dévotion de sa prêtresse. Pour préserver ce fragile équilibre, Jinta, un enfant autrefois vagabond qui, avec sa jeune sœur Suzune, a rejoint le village dont il est devenu le gardien, est envoyé à la lisière de la forêt pour traquer des créatures démoniaques. Au terme d’un duel acharné, celle-ci lui révèle une effroyable prophétie… Pour le chasseur de démons en quête de réponses, cette rencontre marque le début d’une errance à travers les âges, guidée par le fil de son épée.
