吉田秋生

Akio Yoshida (born October 6, 1951) is a Japanese television and film director. A graduate of Gakushuin University’s Faculty of Law, he has directed numerous television dramas, including Papa wa News Caster (1987), Mama wa Idol! (1987), Double Kitchen (1993), and High School Chorus (2015).

His film directing credits include Intern! (2016) and The Grapes of Joy (2021). In 1994, he shared the Television Drama Academy Award for Best Director for Ningen Shikkaku.
