After graduating from high school, she joined the InterContinental Seoul COEX, where she worked in the VIP lounge breakfast department. She later moved to a two-Michelin-starred Korean restaurant, where she worked on sauces, rice pots, and side dishes. She studied under Chef Kim Hee-eun and specializes in Korean fine dining.
